We have extensive working knowledge of a variety of regulatory requirements, including the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial OH&S Legislation, Canada Labour Code Part II (CLC Part II), Bill C-45, Marine Occupational Health and Safety (MOSH) Legislation, and Petroleum Occupational Health and Safety (POSH) Legislation. The level of support we provide depends on your needs.

We have the capacity to develop comprehensive OHS programs or edit existing client programs to reflect current legislative standards.
